Art Prints
This Wild Soul's art prints are meticulously crafted on a made-to-order basis, ensuring a sustainable approach to production. I collaborate with a globally recognised print house, trusted by prestigious institutions such as the The National Gallery & Kew Gardens. With printing facilities strategically located in the UK, USA, Netherlands, and Australia, we aim to print and dispatch items from the nearest facility to your destination. By doing so, we not only maintain exceptional quality but also actively reduce the carbon footprint associated with each order.
Processing/Printing:
Generally 1 - 4 business days
(can be 2 - 7 during peak periods such as Christmas).
Shipping:
Once items have been processed the following standard shipping estimates apply:
UK: 1 - 3 business days = £2.99 (free on orders over £45)
USA: 1 - 5 business days = £4.99 (free on orders over £55)
Australia: 3 - 8 days = £4.99 (free on orders over £65)
Europe (Ships from Netherlands): 3 - 9 days = £5.99 (free on orders over £65)
Canada (Ships from USA or EU depending on the order): 5 - 10 days = £7.99 (free on orders over £85)
Other Destinations: 5 - 14 days = £12.99 (free on orders over £100)
During peak buying periods such as Christmas, times may slightly increase when services are overloaded, your patience in these instances is greatly appreciated 💞
Original Art
Made and shipped from my studio in the UK.
You must purchase TRACKED shipping for Original Art work. Please keep an eye on your tracking and be in for your delivery, This Wild Soul will not be held responsible for any damage, theft, re-delivery or loss of original artwork because you were not in at the time specified by your tracking.

Shipping:
UK: 4 - 10 days.
USA & everywhere else: 2 - 4 weeks (unless you live somewhere a bit out of the ordinary like the Bahamas or Bali etc, in which case it will be 4 - 8 weeks)
Customs & import duties/taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs & import duties/taxes that may apply. This Wild Soul is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Expedited shipping
Can be arranged to the USA and UK for an extra charge - please email me your request before you place your order so I can give you a quote.

RETURNs POLICY
Due to the majority of products being made to order (and in the case of Originals - very costly to ship!) we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I really want you to be thrilled with your order so if it arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible so I can sort it out for you. Any damage must be reported with photos of the damage to hello@this-wild-soul.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
