During busy holiday periods such as Christmas, delivery times may slightly increase due to high demand. Your patience and understanding during these periods are truly appreciated.

 

Customs & import duties/taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply, as these are determined by the destination country. This Wild Soul cannot be held accountable for delays caused by customs. If you are purchasing art prints from the USA, UK or Australia they will be printed and shipped domestically within these countries so will not go through customs.

Returns Policy

Products are made to order so I cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, I really want you to be happy and thrilled with your purchase! If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so I can resolve the issue for you.
